We focus on 2 areas at ISP.
First, 1-on-1, individualized and 'intentional' strength, power, agility, speed, and endurance training. This is for both youth and adult athletes, and individuals who want to treat their training like athletes.
Second, Rehab-Focused Strength Training that takes responsibility for "The Gap" that so many people find themselves stuck in post injury or surgery.

Katrina has over 17 years of experience as a strength coach and rehab specialist. Very quickly into her career, She learned that strength and biomechanics were two very powerful tools for enhancing physical performance and overcoming/preventing injury. Much of her education revolves around how to customize training to an individual and help them quickly and safely get from their current ‘Point A’, to ‘Point B’ and beyond.
