Intentional Fitness is our program for physically active people (or those wanting to safely become physically active).
Intentional Fitness is also a program that our Rehab Focused Strength Training clients graduate into. Once they are no longer in “The Gap” [Learn About “The Gap”] and have recovered to baseline post injury or surgery, Intentional Fitness is the way back to their normal life with their desired level of physical activity, and a significantly less chance of re-injury.

Strength & Conditioning Training, Rehab Strength, and Muscle Activation Technique™ sessions are offered Mon-Fri 6am-6pm and Saturday 6am-12pm, based on client and coach shared availability.
For athletes and active individuals (or those wanting to become active with strength training), we offer nutritional coaching as a separate service to encourage weight loss/muscle gain. This can be offered as part of an Intentional Strength™ - Strength & Conditioning program or Intentional Fitness™ - Active Adults Program
Typically, our youngest athletes and youths are around 12 years old. However, we train younger athletes and youths on a case-by-case basis.
Our True Core™ - Rehab Strength Training Program is a unique strength training program. It's for those who find themselves in the 'gap' between needing more than what physical therapy can provide, but not quite being ready or able to start regular strength training again. While the basic principles of strength training (and rehab) are generally the same across the board, at ISP we specifically take into account structural differences between girls and boys, men and women, with training. Most of all, we work hard to ensure our girls/women reach the strength and conditioning level needed for their performance goals (not just to gain exposure to training or just get a 'little better'). If you've felt that other coaches in the past haven't challenged you or your child in the past to (safely and strategically) meet your/your child's physical potential, you won't feel that at ISP.
