Brandon was not only suffering from weakness and instability in his core and hips, but after evaluating his lifting form, Coach Katrina found that he was not lifting using the correct form for his unique body structure.
Brandon responded very quickly to MAT™ and worked with Coach Katrina to learn to use the leverage of his body (i.e. choosing a lifting position based on his leg lengths, arm lengths, torso length, etc.) to lift safely and powerfully.
