Elizabeth’s goal is to age gracefully. But she was in pain and unable to use her body how she wanted. She tried everything she could think of to resolve her pain and imbalances.
She was able to resolve her neck, shoulder, back, hip, and ankle issues, and was able to get back to her active life of walking and gardening. She learned how to maintain her body and keep it young for life!
