Jeanne

Yoga Instructor

Needs:

  • She was experiencing hip pain and problems doing standard yoga poses
  • She was also finding it hard to progress in more difficult poses
  • Used a combination of morphine, fentanyl, and Vicodin to try and control the pain (only somewhat effective)

Summary

Jeanne had heard about Muscle Activation Techniques before starting, but had never experienced a session. She is a very passionate and active yoga practitioner and instructor. She was already seeing a chiropractor, but was not experiencing the kind of results she wanted within her daily life and yoga practice.

She achieved amazing results and relief after just her first session! In her video below, she discusses her experience in her own words, from the standpoint of a yoga instructor.
